Standard Shipping Charge
Standard shipping charges are based on the total value of merchandise shipped to each address. We only offer Standard Shipping to the 48 contiguous United States.
Standard shipping (UPS or USPS) of in-stock items will arrive in approximately 4-9 business days (Monday through Friday). Items ordered at the same time may not arrive in the same shipment. Additional delivery charges may apply to items that are too large or bulky to be accommodated by our standard shipping charges.
To expedite shipping to 2-Day Express, add $35 per address.
To expedite shipping to Next Day Air, add $60 per address.
*Expedited shipping is not available for furniture orders.
Please note that deliveries can take longer in certain remote areas or during the holidays or unusually busy shipping periods.
RONA offers a 30 day return period for all products purchased without modification.
If a product or order is returned within 30 days of the merchandise being received, reimbursement is available to the customer for any and all returned products.
No returns or exchanges are offered on any special order/customized items. Customers have 24 hours from the order date to cancel the order. Thereafter, cancellations will not be accepted.
Any breakage in purchased and shipped products must be reported within 24 hours of receiving merchandise.
- Please reference your original Order Number.
- If the item is eligible for a return, we will provide a return address to ship back the merchandise. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The initial shipping charge is non-refundable.
- We will email you a return shipping label upon request or you can ship the merchandise directly to back to us via UPS, USPS, Fedex, or any company that can provide a return tracking number.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, we will issue the refund within 2-3 business days. If Table Effect provided the return shipping label or scheduled the return shipping logistics, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund amount.
We carefully inspect all merchandise before shipment. We encourage you to inspect all merchandise for possible damages upon receipt. In the event that damages occur in transit, or if you discover any manufacturer defects, please contact us immediately at (800) 690-1680. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected and all proper refunds will be issued.
